The one-off Maybach Exelero car is up for sale.
The Exelero was commissioned as a demo and high-performance testing vehicle for Fulda Tyres, and was built by Stola of Turin. It is based on the Maybach 57 limousine, but with a chopped-down, raked roof and two-door bodystyle.
Its steering column, pedals and gearshift have been relocated, and it has a fully-finished cabin upholstered in leather and neoprene with aluminium and carbonfibre trim.
Best of all, the Exelero has had the twin-turbo Maybach V12 enlarged to 5.9-litres and tuned for 700bhp and more than 738lb-ft of torque. Despite its weight - more than 2.66 wtonnes - it can accelerate 0-60mph in 4.4 seconds, and in a test run at the Nardo oval circuit, it achieved a top speed of 218.38mph.
The price for this unique, road-legal luxury monster? Offers above the £4,000,000 mark are invited.
